Sadie Lincoln is the founder of Barre3, a studio that features a 60-minute workout that aims to balance the body, which has more than 100 locations around the U.S.

Eight years ago, feeling unhealthy and unbalance, Lincoln and her husband decided to lose their Bay Area home, quit their jobs and go for their dreams. Putting every penny into building a dream career that revolved around being healthy and mindful, their lives changed.

Lincoln explains the courage it took to drop everything and follow her passion, and how she manages to stay healthy now -- with two kids and running the company.
